

These Terms and Conditions apply to all Stall Holders participating in the Beaufort Christmas Fair (“the Event”) organised by The Beaufort Christmas Fair Committee (“the Organiser”). By booking and paying for a stall, the Stall Holder (“the Stall Holder”) agrees to comply with all conditions outlined in this document.
2.1 A stallbooking is only confirmed once full payment has been received by the Organiser.
2.2 Payment must be made by Sunday 31st May 2026.
2.3 Failure to make payment by the deadline may result in the stall being reallocated without notice.
2.4 All fees are non‑refundable, apart from in the event of cancellation by the Organiser.
2.5 Stall Holders must use their business name as the payment reference.
2.6 The Stall Holder shall pay the Organiser a sum equivalent to 10% of sales earned during the Event, in addition to the table booking fee.
3.1 Stall locations will be allocated by the Organiser and may be subject to change.
3.2 The Organiser reserves the right to refuse any application without providing a reason.
4.1 Stall Holders must arrive during the designated setup period: from 7am on the day of the fair, or from 2pm the day before the fair.
4.2 Late arrivals may forfeit their space without a refund.
4.3 Stalls must remain open and staffed for the full duration of the Event.
4.4 Breakdown may not commence until the Event has officially closed at 8pm.
4.5 Allequipment and stock must be removed by 10pm on the day of the fair.
5.1 The Organiser will provide the Stall Holder with one 2ft6 x 6ft table per table booked, one electric socket and Wi-Fi.
5.2 Wi‑Fiaccess is reserved exclusively for Stall Holders and must only be used forprocessing customer payments. The network will not support general internet use and is not available to members of the public.
5.3 Stall Holders are responsible for providing their own display equipment, and extension leads if required.
5.4 All electrical equipment must be PAT‑tested and safe for public use.
5.5 Stall layouts must remain within the allocated space and must not obstruct walk ways,exits, or other stalls.
6.1 All goods sold must be legal, safe, and appropriate for a family‑friendly event.
6.2 The sale of counterfeit, offensive, or hazardous items is strictly prohibited.
6.3 Food vendors must comply with all relevant food hygiene regulations and display their hygiene rating.
6.4 Alcohol sales must comply with licensing laws.
7.1 StallHolders must hold valid public liability insurance.7.2 TheOrganiser accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to stock,equipment, or personal belongings.7.3 StallHolders are liable for any damage caused to the venue, equipment, orsurrounding areas.
8.1 Stall Holders must comply with all health and safety instructions issued by the Organiser.
8.2 Fire exits and aisles must remain clear at all times.
8.3 Cables must be secured safely to prevent trip hazards.
8.4 The use of open flames, candles, or hazardous materials is prohibited.
9.1 Stall Holders must conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner.
9.2 Aggressive selling, disruptive behaviour, or amplified sound is not permitted.
9.3 The Organiser reserves the right to remove any Stall Holder who breaches these Terms without refund.
10.1 If the Organiser cancels the Event, Stall Holders will receive a full refund.
10.2 If a Stall Holder cancels their booking, no refund will be issued unless otherwise agreed in writing.
10.3 The Organiser reserves the right to amend Event details where necessary.
11.1 Stall Holders must keep their area clean and tidy throughout the Event.
11.2 All waste must be removed by the Stall Holder.
11.3 Additional charges may apply if the area is not left in a satisfactory condition.
12.1 Personal information provided by Stall Holders will be used solely for the administration of the Event.
12.2 Data will not be shared with third parties without consent, except where legally required.
By submitting a booking, paying for a Stall and / or attending the Event, the Stall Holder confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
